this is my 3d gallon one went to son i convinced to try and he did; omg wanted more that is a story in of itself. i use every day take a oz in am give my dog a tbl in am and maybe again during day, he is 15 and has aches and pains i find it helps him. i also give hemp seed oil and purchased this through this company as well. i believe my best is after shower i use about a ounce and rub all over especially my feet makes them feel so good. when done rubbing all over i use what is left on hands and run through my hair when still wet does wonders for it. so many good benefits of BSO will not be without.
